Dialog Axiata offers exclusive 100% cash back offer on reloads/bill payments via MyDialog App

Staying true to its promise of keeping customer needs at the top-of-mind, Dialog Axiata PLC, Sri Lanka’s premier connectivity provider has extended an exclusive cash back offer to over 15 million of its customers who reload/pay bills via the MyDialog app, further promoting the use of digital channels. 

Customers who save their debit/credit card details on the MyDialog app, after successfully verifying via an automated test transaction, are entitled to receive a 100% Cash Back on the first reload/bill payment made via the MyDialog App. Customers can receive a maximum Cash Back value up to Rs. 1,000, till 14 June. 

The payment or reload can be made to any Mobile, DTV, and LTE connection and there is no minimum amount required on any payment/reload. The reward will be given to the primary number the customer has saved in the app. For prepaid mobile customers, the cashback benefit will be added to the customer’s mobile balance and for postpaid customers, the cashback amount will be reflected as a bill adjustment.

Customers can also activate internet cards or 4G video blaster/triple blaster packs by directly reloading the specified pack values through the MyDialog app. In such cases, an equal rupee value will be allocated to the customer’s wallet balance as the 100% cashback benefit. This exclusive offer will encourage Sri Lankans to reload their mobile connections or pay bills easily and conveniently in the safety of their homes, in the backdrop of the COVID-19 epidemic.

Additionally, to ensure that Sri Lankans across the country stayed connected during periods of continuous curfew and to facilitate those who were unable to pay and use their mobile connection during the curfew period, Dialog Axiata provided a special seven-day Emergency Relief pack comprising 250 D2D Voice Minutes, 250 D2D SMS and 1 GB Anytime Data for all its mobile customers.

This is just an extension to the range of comprehensive relief measures already provided in the form of e-Connect, e-Learn, e-Health, e-Tainment, e-Care, and e-Work solutions (accessible via www.dialog.lk/home), to help customers stay safe and connected.
